Disclaimer: in no way can you take any of this as the “right” way of doing things. I’m still learning and some of this stuff may even be wrong. I am constantly adapting and changing my approach to drawing. This is just how I think about stuff and I wanted to share it with people. Maybe it can help, maybe not.
your blog is so great for students.
ReplyDeletenever thought about the straight vs. curve thing before...thanks!
I love everything about that skating top view. Really awesome man.
ReplyDelete...so in the case of the arm of the guy on top of the fridge, is it better to have a curve vs. curve over a straight vs. straight?
ReplyDeletegreat examples rad, especially that dude on the fridge.
ReplyDeleteI am learning things and not even knowing it great stuff!
ReplyDeletePaul, I try not to be to obsessive with it, I just try to use it as much as I can. In the case of his arm, one in More curvey, and the other more straight. If they were even it would be bad.
ReplyDeleteYour blog has been a great help, too many people over look the straight vs curve thing, so great post!
