Knees

Here is an email from Ivan (feel free to email me and ask specific questions):

Hi Rad,

I'm having trouble doing some knee (foot in general is challenging), wondering if you can do some sketch for doing some knees? I mean i'm intrigued how let's say Bruce Timm does his knees, what's the breakdown/consturction behind it.
