notes from Xav

so, Xav and I correspond through the internet, and we often exchange tips. Notes from people are like gold. this was so good I thought I had to share it with you guys. The fastest way to improve is to get notes from people who are better. I've found that there is no such thing as a good drawing. You can always find someone that can show you something to fix.

  2. what I got from it was to push the pose more,(less stiff) and clear up the space for the eye connection. The poses are almost connected with one nice strong line of action. Xav?

  3. Yes, but that was just a suggestion depending on what you wanted to say. Here I've tried to highlight the fear of the two characters, they are pushed to the sides (like if they want to escape)by the snakes in the middle. But it was just a way to push the idea further, the basic construction was very good.

  4. oh i see, sorry for all the questions. Sometimes I just want to make sure that I'm seeing what you guys are explaining.. but it's hard to tell sometimes.. because interpretations of a subject differ depending on the person who's seeing it.. thus my numerous questions..
